CoDNA Request access

Privacy

This site asks for very little, and keeps it only to talk with you.

Who we are

codna.me is run by Tornike Razmadze. For anything about your data, write to privacy@codna.me, or reply to any email we've sent you.

What we collect

When you request access, we keep what you put in the form: your name, your email, your company if you gave it, where you'd run CoDNA, and your message. We use it to reply to you and to set up your access, nothing else.

When you book a call, we keep what you put in that form: your name, your email, your company, your phone number if you gave it, how many people work there if you said, the language you'd like to talk in, and your message. We use it to arrange the call and to talk with you about a project, nothing else.

When you visit, the server in front of this site logs each request: your IP address, the address you asked for, the time, and what your browser says it is. We keep these logs for 52 days to keep the site secure and to fix problems. Once a night we also count from them how many people visited, which pages they read and which sites linked them here, and keep only those totals: no addresses, and nothing that tells one visitor from another.

When you ask the assistant at /ask, your question and the conversation so far are sent to Google's Gemini API, which writes the answer. We don't keep what you ask or what it answers: the conversation lives in your browser tab and is gone when you close it. We count how many answers were given and what they cost, and that's all. Please don't put anything personal in a question.

Nothing else. There are no cookies, no analytics scripts and no trackers, and the pages load nothing from other sites.

Who else sees it

Each request for access or for a call is posted to our team's Slack, so the person who answers sees it promptly. Slack holds that copy on our behalf. Questions to the assistant go to Google, which processes them to produce the answer under its terms for the Gemini API. We don't sell your details or pass them to anyone else.

How long we keep it

We keep a request while we're in touch with you, and delete it when you ask us to or when it's no longer needed.

What you can ask for

You can ask to see what we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted. Ask as described above and we'll do it.

Your team's CoDNA

This page covers the codna.me website. It doesn't cover what a team keeps in its own CoDNA instance, whether that's hosted at yourteam.codna.me or run on its own servers.
