Working with us

What do you do?

We bring AI into companies in Georgia. We set up Claude or ChatGPT for your company, connect it to your documents, meetings and tools, automate two or three of the tasks your team repeats every week, and teach people to use it on their own work. A full project takes eight weeks, and we measure the result against where you started. More: Services.

Claude or ChatGPT: which do you set up?

Whichever suits you, or both. Both are good enough for most company work, and their company plans cost the same per person. We help you choose on what matters to you: what your people already use, where your data is stored, and whether your engineers want Claude Code or Codex. More: Setting up Claude or ChatGPT for your company.

How does a project run?

In five steps over eight weeks: discover (week 1), set up (weeks 2 and 3), train (weeks 3 to 6), automate (weeks 4 to 7) and hand over (week 8). You sign off each step as it ends. In the first week we agree three goals with their starting numbers, and at the end we report against them. More: How a project runs.

How do we start?

In one of three ways: a one-day workshop on your team's real work, a three-week pilot with one team and one workflow, or the full eight-week program. If you go on within two months, what you paid counts toward the next step. We take on one new company at a time. More: Three ways to start.

How much does it cost?

Each way to start has a fixed price, agreed before we start. We don't publish prices: we'll tell you on a free 30-minute call, once we know what your team needs. More: Book a call.

Can we work in Georgian?

Yes. The call, the training and the work can all be in Georgian or English. Meetings held in CoDNA are transcribed in Georgian, with each person on their own track, so the transcript says who said what. More: Meetings.

Where is our data kept?

Claude and ChatGPT keep what goes into them on their own servers abroad: Anthropic says Claude's data is stored in the United States, and ChatGPT's choice of regions doesn't include Georgia. Where your knowledge has to stay in Georgia, CoDNA keeps it on our servers in Cloud9's data centre in Tbilisi, or on yours, and an AI tool sees only the pages it reads to answer a question. Meeting audio is transcribed by Google's Gemini. More: Services.

Do we have to use CoDNA?

No. Many companies need only Claude or ChatGPT set up well. We add CoDNA where your knowledge must stay in Georgia, where your teams use more than one AI, or where your meetings are in Georgian.

What happens after you leave?

Your team carries on. During the project we train two to four champions from your team who can build the next automation without us, and at the end you get a results report, a runbook for each automation and your AI use policy. What we build stays with you. With support, you also get a monthly briefing on what's new in Claude and ChatGPT.

Who would we work with?

Tornike Razmadze, who builds CoDNA, leads each project. Contracts are with Radium 2023 LLC in Tbilisi. More: Who you would work with.

How do we book a call?

Fill in the form at codna.me/book-a-call. We write back with a few times to choose from. The call takes 30 minutes and is free.

Is there something free to start with?

Yes. Our guide to setting up Claude or ChatGPT for your company covers plans, sign-in, data rules and the first tasks to automate. The CoDNA briefing is a monthly email on what changed in Claude and ChatGPT and what it means for a company.

CoDNA, the knowledge base

What is CoDNA?

A company knowledge base that people and their AI agents share. Ask Claude, ChatGPT or any agent that speaks MCP, and it looks in CoDNA, seeing exactly what you can see and nothing more. More: What CoDNA is.

Where does the name come from?

From ცოდნა, Georgian for knowledge: the Company DNA your AI works from.

Which AI assistants can connect?

Claude on the web, desktop and phone, Claude Code, ChatGPT, Codex, Gemini CLI, and any other agent that speaks MCP. Each person connects their own, and signs in as themselves; there is no key to paste. On ChatGPT, whether it may write depends on the plan. More: Connect your AI agent.

Does CoDNA have an AI model of its own?

Not by itself. The AI you already use does the thinking, and CoDNA is where it looks. The one exception is an automation that management has allowed to ask a model to write a report, with a model, a key and a monthly budget they set; its answer becomes a page anyone it's shared with can read. More: Automations.

Can my AI see documents I can't?

No. An agent signs in as you, and a page you can't read doesn't exist for it, not even in search results. More: Permissions.

Can an administrator read everything?

There are no administrators. People see what they wrote and what's shared with them, and running an instance never means reading it. More: Permissions.

Can we bring in what we already have?

Yes. Upload files such as Word, PDF, HTML, markdown and CSV, or import a whole export from Notion, Confluence, Obsidian or Google Drive. Links and images are kept. More: Ingestion.

Does it stay in sync with Google Drive, Slack or Notion?

Not yet. You import an export, and importing a newer one into the same folder brings the changed pages up to date. Scanned PDFs aren't read as text yet either. More: Ingestion.

What if we stop using CoDNA?

Everything is plain markdown. Each person can download what they can read at any time, as a folder of files with images beside their pages and links that still work. More: Export.

How do we get access?

CoDNA is in early access, and teams are set up one at a time, hosted by us in Tbilisi or on your own servers. Request access, and we'll write back.
