We're opening CoDNA to teams one at a time, so each one is set up properly. Tell us who you are and we'll write back.

**Form:** `POST /request-access`

- `token`: send `1793736973.ZKkbsDDkCt-axhEwkTumRg` back as it is.
- `name` (text, required): Your name
- `email` (email, required): Work email
- `company` (text): Company or team (optional)
- `hosting`: Where would you run it? One of: `hosted` (Hosted by you at codna.me), `own` (On our own servers), `unsure` (Not sure yet), chosen.
- `message` (textarea): What would you use it for? (optional)
- Send it with: Send request
